Here’s a super easy decorating technique to jazz up any cake!
Cut a strip of baking paper at least the same height as your cake and long enough to wrap all the way around (you can tape peices together if needed).
With melted chocolate in a piping bag or paper cone, make swirls going all the way to the edges and crossing over itself.
Working quickly so the chocolate doesn’t set, life your paper and wrap firmly around the edge of your cake.
Leave for a few minutes then carefully peel away.
Use coloured candy melts to make fun, bright colours
Mix it up with both dark and white chocolate
Experiement with different patterns and thicknesses (remembering to work fast before the chocolate sets!)
